EU Head of Delegation and Liberia Ambassador Pay Courtesy Call on Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

The European Union (EU) is one of Sierra Leone’s important partners and the cooperation between the European Union and the Government of Sierra Leone has a long history stretching back over 35 years and has been guided by the principles and objectives of the successive ACP-EU Conventions and Partnership Agreement, says Dr. Alie Kabba.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Alie Kabba made this statement during a courtesy call on him by the Head of EU Delegation to Sierra Leone, Amb. Tom Vens, at his Tower Hill office, Freetown.

The aim of the visit was to further broaden and deepen the existing bilateral relations between the EU and the Government of Sierra Leone.
In his engagement, with the Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia with residence in Freetown, Amb. Musu Jatu Ruhle and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Alie Kabba exchanged views on mutual cooperation, regional and global issues on peace and security.
