Victoria Mangay Sulimani

Victoria Mangay Sulimani is currently the Director-General and Ambassador-At-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.

Prior to her present appointment, she was the Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative (Political Affairs) at the Permanent Mission of Sierra Leone to the united Nations.

She is the founder of the Feed my Sheep Ministries International (Based on John 21:15-17), with its headquarters in Kandeh Town, Bo City and branches in Freetown, Moyamba and Mokebi village.

Ambassador Sulimani holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors in French from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, a Master’s  Degree in Administrative Science, Diplomacy and International Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in humane Letters from CICA International University and Seminary.

She has over 28 years of experience in diplomacy, international affairs and administration. Her many fields of expertise that have earned her awards and certificates of merit are on topics of human rights, gender equality and women’s empowerment, peacemaking and preventive diplomacy, trans-national security issues, global political and economic issues, international economic diplomacy, state protocol and the conduct of elections in international organizations.

Ambassador Sulimani is married and blessed with four (4) Children
